At KIZAJ Fashion School, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for all our students. To ensure transparency and fairness in our operations, we have established the following policy regarding dropping classes and refunding fees:
Policy Statement:
Main Class Policy
- Before Semester Start:
- Classes may be dropped at any time before the semester starts. However, the initial deposit of $500 is non-refundable.
- After Semester Start:
- Once the semester has commenced, no fees are refundable if classes are dropped.
Mini Classes Policy:
- Dropping Less Than a Week Before Class Date:
- If a mini class is dropped less than a week before the scheduled class date, 60% of the fees will be refunded.
- Dropping During the Week of Class:
- If a mini class is dropped during the week of the scheduled class, no refund will be provided.
Rationale: Our commitment to providing high-quality education extends to ensuring the continuity and stability of our classes. The non-refundable deposit and the no-refund policy after the semester start are in place to uphold this commitment and support the resources allocated to each enrolled student. For mini classes, the refund structure is designed to accommodate logistical considerations and minimize disruption to both students and instructors.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be granted in rare and extenuating circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen personal crises. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to KIZAJ Fashion School administration and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Notification: Students are responsible for familiarizing themselves with this policy prior to enrolling in classes at KIZAJ Fashion School. By completing the enrollment process, students acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this policy.
