1. Introduction
Welcome to KIZAJ Fashion School Summer School Program! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our summer school program, including any courses, workshops, or activities offered by KIZAJ Fashion School (“the School”). By enrolling in our summer school program, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies or guidelines provided by the School.
2. Enrollment and Payment
- To enroll in the summer school program, you must complete the registration process and pay the required fees.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified by the School.
- The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or workshops due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered.
3. Attendance and Participation
- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, and activities included in the summer school program.
- If you are unable to attend a session, please notify the School in advance whenever possible.
- Participants are responsible for their own conduct and behavior during all program activities. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
4. Code of Conduct
- Participants must adhere to the School’s code of conduct at all times, treating instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials, curriculum, and content provided as part of the summer school program are the intellectual property of KIZAJ Fashion School and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Participants retain ownership of any original work created during the program, but grant the School the right to use and display such work for promotional or educational purposes.
6. Liability and Waiver
- Participation in the summer school program involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.
- The School and its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in the summer school program.
7. Amendments
- The School reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
